Something shifts in the air around Memorial Day weekend. The flags go up. The grill comes out of storage. Suddenly, everyone is standing outside holding something cold, looking for any excuse to stay just a little longer.
This year, we are giving you one more reason to linger.
If you keep Elegant Elephant Tea in your pantry, you already know what it feels like to slow down and do something right.
But here is something you may not have expected: they make extraordinary popsicles.
Before the weekend starts, see how four of our signature blends translate beautifully into clean, handcrafted frozen treats that everyone will love. Natural ingredients. No artificial anything. Just the full-leaf, antioxidant-rich flavors of our fruity and sweet blends.
Pick one for the weekend. Or make all four. Nobody is counting 😉.
A quick note before you start. Cold mutes flavor. Brew your tea stronger than you normally would. Two tablespoons of loose leaf tea per two cups of water, steeped for a full 8 to 10 minutes, gives you the depth you need to survive the freezer and still taste extraordinary

Recipe #1 Spiced Orange Tea Popsicles
Warm citrus with a whisper of spice. Bright, bold, and built for summer.

Fill molds with the chilled tea mixture and insert popsicle sticks.
-
Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight.
-
Run the mold briefly under warm water to unmold and serve immediately.
